At the Relationships Foundation (Registered Charity no. 1106460), we are inspired by the work that staff in AP settings are doing for their students during this difficult time. So we have launched a national survey to better understand their experience, and to ensure that their voices are heard.

The survey is part of a grant-funded project – the IntegratED programme* – which aims to raise the profile of alternative provision in the minds of policy makers, to improve the quality of early interventions for pupils, and to better understand what works best in helping them achieve a positive future. Through this survey, we are exploring how good relationships between staff and students in AP settings are fundamental to the achievement of positive outcomes, and – crucially – how your wellbeing and professional experience of work impacts your capacity to develop these.
